Emotional Healing
AEDP
Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy is a form of talk therapy that helps you process trauma, loss, or other emotional challenges through creating new emotional and relational experiences with your counselor. The counselor stays attuned to the client's non-verbal cues to grow insight and understanding. The goal of AEDP is to undo the aloneness that we often experience as a result of traumatic experiences.

The counselor teaches skills and concepts that help you expand your mental flexibility.

Relational Healing
EFT
Emotionally Focused Therapy is a form of therapy that helps improve relationships by rekindling emotional bonds broken by relationship distress. The counselor observes interaction patterns and helps identify the most pressing core issues. EFT helps us recognize our need for connection and how to get these connection needs met in a healthy way.
Best for Healing: couples or families with emotional distress, alienation or disconnection, and difficulty expressing or regulating emotions.

Somatic Healing
Trauma Sensitive Yoga

Through yoga the counselor teaches choice, introspection, taking effective action, and present-moment experience, which directly address the ways in which trauma impact our brain functioning.
Best for Healing: Survivors of complex trauma, PTSD, chronic hyperarousal or stress, anxiety, dissociation, and emotion dysregulation or numbness.
