Mental Health Counseling

Individual therapy provides a dedicated space to process internal conflicts and foster personal growth. Couples counseling focuses on relational dynamics, communication, and emotional intimacy. Family therapy works on resolving collective challenges and strengthen intergenerational communication and bonds.

Counseling Areas of Focus

  • Relationship, family, and interpersonal issues
  • LGBTQIA+ affirming care
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Trauma (CPTSD/PTSD), BPD, and DID
  • Body image concerns, eating disorders, and disordered eating
  • Codependency and attachment concerns
  • Grief and life transitions

Standard fee: $150 per individual session; $175 per couples or family session.*

Life Coaching

Life coaching is a goal-oriented partnership designed for individuals feeling stuck and looking for growth, clarity, and accountability. Typical topics include navigating life transitions, career advancement, and personal development. Unlike mental health counseling, which is a clinical service focused on treating diagnostic conditions and healing past trauma, coaching is non-clinical and forward-focused, helping you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Please note: Coaching is NOT a replacement for Cousneling.

Standard fee: $125 per coaching session.*
