What does the process look like to get started?

In order to get started you can email me or book directly in my client portal. Once you've booked your free consult we have our in person or virtual meeting where we discuss whether we might be a good fit. If we determine it's a good fit I will book your first full session and send you paperwork to fill out via the portal, including a section for you to put your preferred payment method on file. Once that paperwork is filled out you're good to go and we meet for our regularly scheduled sessions!
